I grew up in Hanover and sometimes ride down via 74 to hit the El Rodeo. What are the good roads in York/Adams area?

[/color] Awesome In 15 Min From Hanover I LOve EL rodeo .. havent Been There in Years ... 5 more More ..Lol SOuthern York County roads ( Seven valleys, York New Salem, Leaders Heights Is Best DOwn That way .. Up here We Head Into the South Mountains and Ride Up there ..So Many Awesome Creeks N ll to stop by for Pics .. We Shoot down to The Catoctin Mountains Down In Thurmonut Area.. I got Lost Down There .. SO I Got My Gps Now .. Lol |

I am with ya there. I get lost on the roads. Drop me in the woods with a map and a compass and I'm good. But streets are another story all together. LOL |

Yeah that's where I grew up alright. I grew up in the Pigeon Hills of Hanover driving like an idiot on the back roads. Lots of fun, but still doesn't compare to the Centre of the state. I thought I went to heaven when I moved to State College and found all these roads. |

I live just outside of York Springs about 20 minutes from Hanover. Will be getting the bike from the garage this weekend so let me know when the next ride(s) will be.

I've been itching to get down that way. A friend lives there and promised to show me some twisties! I'm off all week this week, but the weather channel says it's going to suck the rest of the week. Although they said that about today and after 10 AM it cleared up rather nicely. If yer near HIA, do you get back to rip around goldmine, 125 and clarks valley road? |

Although they said that about today and after 10 AM it cleared up rather nicely. I wanted to punch the local meteorologist for the past three days.... Bastard!! If yer near HIA, do you get back to rip around goldmine, 125 and clarks valley road?
Never heard of either the Goldmine or Clarks Valley Road, I would be willing to check them out, I'll try Google Maps. Thanks!! |
